CASE STUDY: DISAGREEMENT LEADS TO SELF-SABOTAGE

Dr. Franklin was highly regarded by his colleagues at Apex University. He was treated with sensitivity and given every consideration. When he decided to expand his department, Professor Franklin was given immediate authority to recruit and hire an assistant.

After several interviews, he selected a much younger but highly qualified individual. For the first year, they appeared to have a solid working relationship.
