About the Authors

The late Elwood N. Chapman retired in 1977 as a professor at Chaffey College and a visiting lecturer at Claremont Graduate School after 29 years of successful teaching. He was a graduate of the University of California. Mr. Chapman was also the cofounder of Crisp Publications and author of more than a dozen books by Crisp.

Barb Wingfield, founder of Morale Builders, works with businesses to provide a work environment where employees can flourish. A member of the National Speakers Association and the National Association for Employee Recognition, she presents keynotes, conducts training, and provides consulting throughout the United States. Ms. Wingfield is the author of Reasons to Say WOW!!!
