Exercise 5: How do I Handle Criticism?

  1. Place a “plus” (+) by those situations you feel you handle appropriately; a “minus” (-) by those situations you avoid handling; and a “zero” (0) by those you may handle, but they cause internal stress or anxiety.

Types of Criticism

The three types of criticism that you might experience are unjustified criticism, criticism that is vague or a difference of opinion, and valid criticism.
