On the other hand, a culture that is intolerant of displays of anger will encourage people to keep themselves under control.

Leadership can curb aggressive behavior throughout the organization by taking active steps to change the culture. A company’s culture arises from the qualities that leadership looks for in hiring and promoting, what leadership measures and rewards, the myths and stories leadership tells, and the example leadership sets.
