Dictatorial managers are the least problematic of the rigid managers. Their behavior is limited to wanting to make all key decisions themselves. They fail to seek and make use of real input from those reporting to them. The behavior of dictatorial managers is not driven by problematic personality traits. Rather, they hold the old fashioned belief that a dictatorial style is the best way to manage.
