Chapter 29. Keeping a Gratitude Journal

Some people find that the best way for them to quiet the judging mind is to create a list of things for which they are grateful. You might want to keep a gratitude journal instead of, or in addition to, your daily acknowledgments. Simply take time at the end of the day to list at least five things for which you are grateful. Here is an example:
