We all live and work in a world full of other people, and being self-empowered means having skills for interacting effectively with these people. Even the most positive and confident person will not accomplish much without the skills to communicate and cooperate with others.

People are often stymied about what to do or say when they don’t know what they want. Here are two examples in which the ability to communicate effectively is hindered by indecision. What would you recommend in each situation?
