Review Your Balance

We suggest making periodical assessments to prevent a loss of balance or to minimize the things that slip you out of balance. Ask yourself, What knock-down things and slippery things are causing me balance problems?

You won’t be in a state of balance at every moment. There may be times in your life (perhaps lasting decades, not just days) when work takes up more of your time and times in your life when family or personal issues take up more of your time. So you must periodically assess how you are allocating your time to ensure that you are aligned with your balancing choices.
