Summary

In this chapter you've learned how to move objects in virtual space, as well as rotate them, stretch them, and scale them. You've also learned how to assemble objects into hierarchies. To do this, you've learned about two important classes of object in Java 3D—the Transform3D class, which stores translation/ rotation/scale information, and the TransformGroup, which uses a Transform3D to affect objects in the scene graph.
