Build Scenarios of Related Tasks

Once you understand how customers might use your site, you can build scenarios of related tasks, modeling the flow between tasks. From one task, the next available tasks should be the ones that regularly follow the first. For example, if for task A the next logical step is task B, C, or D, but not E or F, then the available options should be B, C, and D (see Figure B4.3).
