Answering Questions

When people go to an information site, they hope to have their questions answered quickly and easily. Answers can come in an extensive Web site of self-created or collected knowledge, as an extensive directory to the best resources on the Web, or a combination of the two (see Figure A6.3).

Figure A6.3. Grassroots sites often combine personal expertise on a topic with a good selection of external resources. This adoption site includes addresses of relevant organizations, a discussion board, and the personal history of the site creator.
