Building an XHTML Shell

I'm going to step with you through the =building of a simple XHTML document. The method I use, known as the container method, is something I recommend to help authors avoid missing tags. As discussed in Chapter 5, "Defining XHTML Syntax," XHTML is particularly concerned with keeping markup symmetry intact.
