Designing Fixed and Dynamic Frames

If you want to control how your frames are displayed in terms of browser and screen space, you'll want to make some decisions regarding fixed and dynamic tables. The key to these controls lies in the frameset document. Math is an imperative here.

Listing 17.4 shows the syntax for a framed page with a fixed left frame of 200 pixels and a fixed right frame of 395 pixels.
