Changing the Text Color

A great way to make part of your page stand out is with color. You can change some of the text to one color and leave the rest in black. Or you can create a rainbow effect and really distract your readers.

To change the text color:

1.
In front of the text whose color you wish to change, type <FONT COLOR.

2.
Type ="#rrggbb", where rrggbb is the hexadecimal representation of the desired color (see Appendix C).

Or type ="color", where color is one of the 16 predefined colors (see Appendix C).

3.
Type the final > of the FONT tag.

4.
Type the text that you wish to color.

5.
Type </FONT>.
