Creating Blocks of Space

Netscape's SPACER tag is also useful for creating blocks of space that you can wrap text around.

To create blocks of space:

1.
Place the cursor where the space should appear, before any text that will wrap around it.

2.
Type <SPACER.

3.
TypeTYPE="block".

4.
Type WIDTH=w HEIGHT=h, where w and h are the width and height, respectively, of the block, in pixels.

5.
To wrap text around the block, type ALIGN=left or ALIGN=right, depending on which side of the block you want the text.

To align the block next to the text, without wrapping the text around it, type ALIGN=direction, where direction is top, middle, or bottom.

6.
Type the final >.
