Great in One Browser, Ugly in the Other

This one's not your fault. Unfortunately, no major browser supports the standard specifications 100 percent. While most support the better part of the HTML 4 specs, Netscape 4.x, in particular, is miles behind Explorer 4 and 5 with respect to Cascading Style Sheets (see page 243).
