Setting the Font Size

You can set the font size of text marked with a particular HTML tag (or class) by specifying an exact size in points or pixels, or with descriptive words, or by specifying a relative size, with respect to a parent element.

To set the font size:

1.
Type font-size: .

2.
Type an absolute font size: xx-small , x-small , small , medium , large , x-large , or xx-large .

Or type a relative font size: larger or smaller .

Or type an exact size: say, 12pt or 15px .

Or type a percentage relative to any parent style: e.g., 150% .
