Using the Docking Channel

If you use Windows and need more workspace, you can use the Drawer button on the channel separator bar (a thin line along the edge of a docking channel) to quickly minimize a docking channel. When you click the Drawer button, the docking channel collapses to increase the size of the workspace. When you click the Drawer button again, the docking channel reopens. If you need to increase or decrease the size of a docking channel, you can drag the channel separator bar to resize the docking channel as you would any window.

Minimize and Maximize a Docking Channel in Windows

To minimize or maximize a docking channel, click the Drawer button on the channel separator bar.
