Comparison Operators

The comparison operators are used to determine whether two operands are equal, or whether one operand is greater than or less than another. The eight comparison operators are as follows:

  • Equality (==)

  • Inequality (!=)

  • Strict equality (===)

  • Strict inequality (!==)

  • Less than (<)

  • Less than or equal to (<=)

  • Greater than (>)

  • Greater than or equal to (>=)
