Accessibility in Macromedia Flash MX

The Accessibility feature enables a screen reader application to provide an audio description of the movie contents, object by object. Many screen reader applications are available today, and they all have different features and functionality for interpreting the screen content. Screen readers typically are used to help a user navigate through a screen. The user can click different areas of the screen to cause the screen reader to verbally communicate any of the written text in that area or a description of the area. • Text

  • Buttons

  • Input text fields

  • Movie clips
