Summary

The design and functionality of the game changed during the development process, and mistakes were definitely made, but this is a normal part of the process.

Storyboarding ahead of time made it possible for the artist and the programmer to work in tandem. Although the island became two islands and the controls changed completely, it would have been impossible for the artwork and programming to have been in development simultaneously if we hadn’t at least taken a stab at what the final product would look like.
