Chapter 3. The Interface > The Property Inspector

The Property Inspector

The Property Inspector, one of the most important panels in Flash, is a context-sensitive panel, and allows you to change properties of selected assets quickly and easily. For instance, when you click on the main document window, the Property inspector changes to allow you to set document size, quickly change your publish settings, and change both the background color and frame rate of your document.

The Property inspector will also let you change properties for text, shapes, symbols, and components.
