Summary

Motion tweening is used to create the effect of motion, changes in scale or rotation, or changes in opacity or coloration over time. Motion tweening can only be enacted upon symbols.

To turn on motion tweening between two keyframes, select the first keyframe in the animation sequence and choose Motion from the Tween pull-down menu in the Property Inspector. You can also choose Insert > Timeline > Create Motion Tween, or right- or Control-click between two keyframes and choose Create Motion Tween from the Context menu.
