Dynamic Content

Dynamic content includes anything that sits outside of the SWF and is retrieved when it's needed, or elements that can be changed by ActionScript when the SWF is running and users are interacting with it Dynamic content can be data stored in text fields, XML files, or databases. It can be JPG images, MP3 sounds, and FLV formatted video. Finally, it can also be other SWFs.

There are a number of distinct advantages to having dynamic content that static content simply can't match:
