Lesson 12. Publishing and Exporting

Lesson 12. Publishing and Exporting

You have spent all this time creating the amazing Neptune Resorts Web site, but now you need to prepare it for distribution. First, you need to make sure that the movie is optimized. Then you need to publish or export the movie in the appropriate format. Flash allows you to output your work in a variety of formats, including Flash (.swf), Generator Template (.swt), GIF, JPEG, PNG, Windows Projector (.exe), Macintosh Projector, QuickTime movie, HTLML, and RealPlayer.

At last, you put everything you've created together and export your site to the Web.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • Use the Bandwidth Profiler

  • View a movie as it would appear over the Internet

  • Export a movie

  • Load external movies

  • Create an HTML file to embed a movie
