In addition to the wealth of information Movie Explorer provides in the Display List window, it also automates several tasks that can help you locate and edit movie elements, spell-check your movie's text, and more.
Although Flash's interface will not always automatically jump to the location of the element selected in the display list (for example, in the case of layers and frames that are part of a symbol definition), you can use the Go to Location command to do so manually. This command causes Flash to jump to the frame (on any timeline) that contains the selected element.
