What's Next?

In this chapter you learned about including CSS style sheets in HTML documents. You should now be familiar with how to embed, link to, and import style sheets in your pages, as well as with how to insert inline styles directly into HTML elements. You should also have a starting understanding of using class and ID selectors, as well as using contextual selectors, in your style sheets—I'll be providing lots more examples of using these as you go through the rest of the examples in this book.

You should also now be familiar with what elements and attributes are deprecated in HTML 4 and what that means, as well as what the three DOCTYPE declarations are and when and how to include them in your HTML documents.
