20.9. resizer Property

With the advent of being able to set specific widths and heights to elements on a Web page, there are situations where a user might find that a given non-scrollable element in fact obstructs the view of other elements on a Web page. The resizer property exists to allow — or disallow — viewers from resizing a specific element. Strictly speaking, this property is designed to be set to a root <html> element on a Web page, though it can be set on any element that may contain scrollbars.
