20.8. CSS3 Properties

When it came to the user-interface properties, the CSS3 specification aimed at trying to pick up where things had been left in the CSS2 specification and extend them further, with the aim of giving Web authors much more control over the user-interface “experience.” In particular they give the Web author finer control over the behavior of non-scrollable elements, how form-related elements can be selected via a keyboard, which properties can and cannot be selected (or copied, or read) and more.
