Chapter 14. Construction and Coding > Mind Mapping/Fuseminder

Mind Mapping/Fuseminder

Okay, so we lied a little. Mind Mapping is not coding. In fact, the creator of Mind Mapping would probably say it is far from coding. You are not confined to a rigid, awkward syntax in Mind Mapping. Developed in the late 1960s by Tony Buzan, millions of people around the world use Mind Mapping for a multitude of purposes. Fusebox developers use it to create the skeleton of the entire application. Similar to a road map, a Mind Map provides an overview of the entire application, enables us to visualize connections between different points, contains a massive amount of data in a portable format, and is extremely fast to develop by using one of the Mind Mapping software tools on the market today.
