Troubleshooting

The Quick Way to Copy Text Attributes

I want to have the same formatting on different text blocks but don't want to go through the hassles of creating a style. Is there a shortcut?

If you want to use the same text formatting on different blocks of text in your document, a common approach is to create a style. However, there are times when you just want to do something quick and informal. To use a shortcut, select some of the text you want to copy using the Text tool. Go to (Edit, Copy Attributes). Then select the text y you want to add that formatting to and choose (Edit, Paste Attributes).
