SETTING SPRITE INKS

Any sprite is drawn on the Stage according to the rules set by the sprite's ink. The ink takes into account the image itself, often the images and Stage color behind it, and sometimes the sprite's foreground and background colors.

The most common inks are Copy, Matte, and Background Transparent. Anything else can be considered a special effect. However, sometimes a special effect is just what you need to make things work the way you want them to.
