USING RADIO BUTTONS

The topic of check boxes naturally leads into the topic of radio buttons. They are similar to each other. Whereas check boxes enable users to select one or more items from a list, radio buttons enable users to select only one item from a list.

Director also has a built-in radio button member in the form of a button member variant. It works the same way as the check box in that it already accepts mouse clicks and turns itself on and off accordingly. Figure 15.4 shows a small group of radio buttons.
