CREATING A SLIDING PUZZLE GAME

Another game that reveals an image as it is played is a sliding puzzle game. This is also played with squares on the screen. This time, all the items are shown, but they are all out of order. In addition, one piece is missing. Users can move any adjacent piece into the open spot. Users manipulate pieces in this way to try to put the image in order. Figure 32.3 shows this type of puzzle.
