CREATING PRIMITIVES

So far we have been using Lingo to modify models in a 3D world created by an external 3D program. You can also use Lingo to start with a completely blank 3D world and create objects in it.

These simple objects are called primitives. There are four types of primitives: the box, the sphere, the cylinder, and the plane. Figure 39.7 shows them all.
