Addressing Content

Content is critical to any site. Without good, relevant content, your fancy technology and whipsmart graphics are simply empty placeholders. But even having good content is not enough. You need to have good, organized content.

Content development is a major task — a hum dinger in some cases — often worthy of its own work flow and its own manager. Any site with content-rich channels that requires a constant influx of information cannot function without dedicated copywriters and content managers. For sites that are less content heavy, it is possible that all the content can be both written and managed by the same person. But in between these two extremes, we recommend appointing someone to act as a liaison between the client and the development team to facili tate the development, gathering, and organization of content.
