Note to Self...

The Dreamweaver Design Notes feature is touted as a tool for communicating in a team of developers. But if you’re flying solo or just feeling a little antisocial, you don’t have to use it that way. Instead of making a backup copy of a file and cluttering a site with multiple versions of a file, create a Design Note instead. It is always a good idea to back up your site before making edits, but this quick-and-dirty method is suitable in many cases. One word of caution: If Design Notes are uploaded to the server, they are publicly (although not obviously) accessible; do not put any private info into a Design Note.
