Jay A. Grantham is the owner, developer, chief cook, and bottle washer of WebsiteIC web development. He is a contributing author to the Dreamweaver reference site dwfaq.com, a member of the International Webmasters Association, and has done peer reviews for many authors. He enjoys learning what Dreamweaver can do for him and what he can do for the Dreamweaver community. Jay lives in Houston with is wife/best friend, Dana, and their two small children, Garrett and Katelyn. When he is not online, he is most likely fighting fires and saving lives as a member of the Houston Fire Department.

Derren Whiteman began building web sites by hand and later took up Dreamweaver after joining Mediafear, a San Francisco web design shop where he spent 3 years building web sites. Derren has also served as an information technology consultant and computer instructor. He spends much of his time in technical publishing. He cowrote the Fireworks MX Bible (John Wiley & Sons), served as technical editor for versions 3 and 4 of the Fireworks Bible and all versions of the Dreamweaver Bible (John Wiley & Sons) beginning with version 4, and has numerous other titles under his belt. Derren is a Macromedia Certified Dreamweaver Developer and maintains a number of web sites, including FrancinePaul.com, Konis.com, and Derren.com. He makes his home in Toronto.

Matt Brown is a consultant based in the Bay Area. He has edited more than 20 Dreamweaver and Photoshop books over the years. He has taught at Foothill College and the Multimedia Studies Program at San Francisco State University. He was on the Dreamweaver team for 5 years in a number of capacities, finally as Community Manager. Matt is married to a magnificent woman, Marcella, and keeps chickens and loves to cook and create all sorts of art.

Dan Short is the Chief Developer for Web Shorts Site Design as well as a devoted Team Macromedia Volunteer and uses almost the entire Macromedia Studio including Fireworks, ColdFusion, and Dreamweaver. He helps to maintain several HTML and Dreaweaver reference sites including www.dwfaq.com, for which he created the style changer and all ASP functionality, including the Snippets Exchange and the DWfaq Store. Dan is the co-author of Dreamweaver MX 2004 Magic, and contributing author of the previous edition. He’s also written articles for several resource sites, including AListApart.com, Spider-Food.net, the MM Designer and Developer Center (www.macromedia.com/desdev) and DWfaq.com. Dan is also a contributing author for the dynamic chapters in the Dreamweaver MX 2004 Bible (Wiley) and the previous edition. He has also presented at several Dreamweaver conferences including the first two TODCONs and MXNorth in March of 2003.
