Chapter 13. Using Cascading Style Sheets > Working with Redefined HTML Tags

Working with Redefined HTML Tags

Redefined HTML tags are used when you want every instance of a certain element to have identical properties. For instance, you can set every paragraph to automatically have blue text.

Redefined HTML tags can be internal or external, just as any other style. Linking the style sheet with a page will automatically convert the redefined tags.
