Overview

Your users aren’t part of your marketing department, so don’t expect them to know the differences between your products. Differentiate your products with supporting descriptions or accompanying images.


One of the first things that evaluators will encounter is a list of your products or services. The problem with many web sites, however, is that they fail to differentiate the items listed on the page. This forces users to navigate up and down between pages until they find the right one or decide to go elsewhere.
