Step 1: IPlainText Adapters

As mentioned at the beginning of this chapter, IPlainText adapters will be responsible for returning and accepting the plain-text representation of the object's content and for just doing the right thing with the data. They are very simple objects; each has two methods—one for providing and one for processing the text.
