As you've read through the book, you've probably noticed that there are some cases in which you need to “finesse” the Dreamweaver MX output a little bit. The problems are generally not with the code itself, but with some very special cases that you must learn to avoid. By following some general guidelines, you can usually keep yourself out of trouble.
The first problem is easy to avoid, but difficult to remember to do. Dreamweaver MX has a bit of a problem cleaning up after itself, especially if you have manually inserted HTML or embedded programs above and beyond what is already in the document.
