Summary

Throughout the course of this book, we've done our best to avoid becoming programmers. The point of Dreamweaver MX is to provide a common interface for building applications, regardless of the languages you choose to use.

Today's lesson gave you a glimpse of some of the tools you might want to use if you decide to work directly with the code and take the next step in Web development. I highly recommend following the reading of this book with an application server specific text. Although you can develop complete applications in Dreamweaver MX, you're eventually going to need to get your hands dirty with the code in order to make things work exactly the way you want.
