Customizing Palettes

There are a number of palettes in GoLive in addition to the Objects and Inspector palettes, some of which open by default when you first use the program. All the palettes can be opened by accessing the Window menu. The palettes are grouped together into logical units.

GoLive makes use of Adobe's patented tabbed palettes, affording users the ability to break apart grouped tabs into individual palettes, or to group other tabs together to form customized palettes. For example, by default, the Objects and the Color palettes are grouped together. To use one or the other, you simply click its tab, which brings it to the forefront (see Figure 1.11).
