Hour 14. Creating DHTML Animations > Using the Timeline Editor to Edit Your Ani...

Using the Timeline Editor to Edit Your Animation

Before we start, let's get a little more used to working in the Timeline Editor. First, locate the Time Cursor (yellow triangle) and drag it back and forth on the timeline. In the multimedia world this might be referred to as “scrubbing” the timeline. Note how you can see the position of the floating box and how it corresponds to the keyframes in the timeline.

Now that you have the basic animation in place, you need to fine-tune it a little. Your goal is to have the image float onto the page from the left, and completely exit the page on the right. To do this, use the Timeline Editor and set the placement of the floating box at the first and last keyframes.
