Q&A

Q1: Why am I having trouble docking a palette? I drag it on top of another palette, but they don't dock.
A1: Make sure that you are picking up the palette by its tab and not by its title bar. Sometimes it's easier to get palettes to dock if the palette you are docking is smaller than the palette group to which you are adding it. You can easily resize palettes by dragging their borders. When the palette group has accepted the palette you are attempting to dock, you will see a dark outline around the palette group. That's your signal to let up your mouse button and drop the palette into place. Also, the Object palette would initially prefer other palettes to be docked with it instead of it docking with others.
Q2:I clicked the context-sensitive help icon in the Property inspector and nothing happened! Why?
A2: You might not have noticed it, but Dreamweaver loaded a new help file into your default browser. The reason you didn't notice was that your browser was already open. If you change applications to your browser, the help file you requested is probably waiting there.
Q3:Can I dock the Property inspector?
A3: Nope, the Property inspector is a loner. I'll bet that you will be using this palette so much that it will make sense to you to have it stand on its own.
