A1: You can add text to a document by typing directly in the document window; importing text from another application into a table; using layout text boxes; using floating boxes; copying text from a document created in another application and pasting it into a GoLive document; and dragging a text clip, created from a TextEdit or Note Pad document, from the desktop to a GoLive document.
A2: To apply a paragraph style, click anywhere in a paragraph and choose a paragraph style from the Paragraph Format menu on the Main Toolbar or the Type > Header submenu. To apply a physical style, select the text, and click the Bold, Italic, or Teletype button on the Main Toolbar, or choose a physical style from the Type > Style submenu.
A3: To apply a predefined style to a table, choose a style from the pop-up menu in the upper left corner of the Style tab of the Table palette, and click Apply. To remove a predefined style from a table, make sure that the table is selected, and click Clear in the Style tab of the Table palette.
A4: To add a caption to a table, select Caption in the Table Inspector, and choose Above Table or Below Table from the pop-up menu in the Table Inspector. Then click above or below the table to insert a cursor and type the text for the caption.
A5: To sort the contents of a table, you use the Select tab of the Table palette and click on the Sort button in the lower right corner of the palette.
A6: To learn more about the sets of fonts available for a document, choose Type > Font > Edit Font Sets to display the Font Set Editor. In the Font Set Editor, select a set of fonts to display its contents.
A7: You can choose Edit > Find > Find Content to find and replace text in a document.
