A1: An orphan file is one that is referenced in your Web site, but either is in a location not included in the site project file or has been placed in the Site Trash folder. You fix the problem either by copying the file into the site project file, by changing references to it, or by dragging the file from the Site Trash folder back to your site.
A2: You use the New Folder button to create a new folder. You can add files to it either by dragging them to the folder (if they are already in your site) or by using the File > Import > Files to Site command (if they are not in your site). Once you move files that are already in your site into the new folder, GoLive dynamically updates the links to these files.
A3: Choose Window > View, and select either Graphical or Outline in the Display tab of the View palette.
A4: You can add a file to your site from an outside folder either by using the File > Import > Files to Site command or by dragging from the outside folder to the Files tab in the site window.
A5: You select the existing page icon and click the New Child Page button on the toolbar.
A6: Open the parent page, select the text, hold down Alt (Windows) or Command (Mac OS), and then drag from the selected text to the child page icon in the Navigation view.
