Lesson 13. Creating Design Diagrams > Adding a Secure object

Adding a Secure object

Now you'll add a Secure object to the design diagram that represents the back-end programming that makes the page secure. Realize that you are simply adding a representation of the function, not the actual security function.

1.
Select Profile page in the design diagram.

2.
From the Diagram set () of the Objects palette, drag a Secure object below the Profile page to create a child page.

3.
In the Object tab of the Object Inspector, type Secure Order for Name and enter secure.html for File Name. Select the Create From option and the Stationery option, and choose stationery_01.html from the pop-up menu.

4.
In the Graphics tab of the Object Inspector, change the color of the Secure page. Click the Fill Color color field to open the Swatches palette.

5.
Choose the color labeled #669933 ordering. Apply the same color for the Header Fill.

6.
Choose File > Save to save your work.
