Drawing a Layout

When you work with layout tables, keep the sketch of your page in mind, or better yet, print out a hard copy so that you can scribble on something while you make adjustments and move the tables and cells around that make up your design (Figure 12.4).

There are two ways to go about drawing layouts: You can draw a layout cell first, or you can draw a layout table first and add cells to it.
